Seasonal Boat Slips are valid from May 17, 2025, through September 30, 2025. Prices may change without prior notice. Boat Slips are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

All Boat Slip renters must complete the rental agreement form after payment. We will do our best to accommodate all preferences. You will receive your docking information at the beginning of the season.

Boat slip renters are provided an RFID card and do not require a membership to enter at the gate. If boat slip renters want to use the beach, golf course, Boathouse Bar & Grill, or other areas/amenities inside the gate, a membership is required.
